An innocent impulse

(This is an article from my previous website)If you believe the literature on crossdressing and related activities, the impulse tends to arise quite young in the individual, often less than 10 years of age.
Of course, when you are that young, you don't realise that society frowns upon it. It just seems a natural and innocent thing to do. (Which leads to the interesting question of why society frowns upon that which is natural when seen through a kid's unfettered eyes, but I digress)
If you read all the accounts of similar-minded people in the world,
and distilled a "classic" case through the sampling of averages,
I think you could describe my situation succintly.
At this moment in time, I've had enough of soul- and explanation-searching.
I enjoy dressing, pretending, and acting as a girl when I get the opportunity, and it is simply that, no more nor no less.
I am me.
